Personally, I maxed out HP, Stamina, and Basic Attacks, leaving my L6 QQ bang to boost up strike or ki blasts as necessary for a particular build depending on what skills I have equipped. I maxed out HP in order to give them the widest window possible for their HP regeneration, stamina because I intended to use him to take advantage of turn giant and/or use him in PVP, and basic attacks because namekians are strong in that area, especially with turn giant active.
Turn giant grants a sizable bonus to basic attacks and it recharges ki at a positively insane rate. The supers on turn giant also do a sizable amount of damage and can be fired fast. The form also makes you immune to damage. HOWEVER, the form drains stamina at a high rate and each time you're hit with an attack, it drains more stamina.
They can also equip potential unleashed, but personally, I find that boring. Kaioken I don't recommend.
Strike attacks work better if you generally focus on melee attacks and combos - it works well with the namekian's tankiness and strong basic attacks. A ki-blast focused build would find it better to use ki blast attacks that work well in combo strings.
If your goal is just to prolong Turn Giant, there's also a fighting pose J, which you can prolong with Lovely Cyclone in addition to any super soul, however, despite all that, you won't really put much of a dent in TG's stamina drain, particularly if you're not hitting hard enough when using that form. In PVE/PQ or expert missions, the consequences just aren't severe enough to warrant it and in PVP, you won't want to be TG'd for more than a few moments at a time. Like any other character, you need to maximize your DPS (damage per second).
Plus, I personally would rather just stick my namekian with the GAAAGH! super soul that halves recovery time for stamina breaks or the "I like you better when you're mad!" super soul that give you ki energy and reduces your time being stamina broken by 20%.
