There are peaks and troughs that can make it more or less difficult to find people online to game with depending on the time and day because of the lower numbers of people. The "All" section of the community tab for XV2 will tell you how many people are online at any given time but it generally floats between ~400 to 1300+
I see a lot of people in the Conton city lobbies. Most people do PvP by walking up to you and challenging you directly rather than waiting around in match lobbies. When raids are up, people will generally lobby up for that too. Absolutely nobody does lobbies for parallel quests, unfortunately. Crystal raids are pretty dead too, as anybody with half a brain playing the raid boss can wipe the other players out pretty fast with a passable CaC build.
If that is the price for having more players to play with, then they will just have to get over it in my opinion. But cross platform is never coming to this game, so oh well.
Before the latest patch, there was one active cheater. A single one. And before you go on about +5 all stat QQ bangs, remember that that is the least of it all. A +5 is barely an advantage over a 6 star QQ bang. Also, a +5 all stat, doesn't make its user good. Yes, they're cheating but it's not a game breaking problem.
I'd get it if you found someone spamming raid boss moves and Whis's auto-dodge soul left and right, but you didn't. At least not recently. Some of you I have never even seen in-game. How can you know what you're talking about?
That said, PC is the least active online community, but there are people playing. The only problem is that it's always the same ones, so it becomes a bit boring to fight the same people over and over all the time, because people tend to use the same builds.
