How unlock all characters and costumes?

I dont know how unlock zarbon,dodoria second costume and Appule all costumes and all characters

complete all parallel quests ultimate finish and use dragon balls 4 times. or... well... there's another method ;P

I think with Costumes he/she means Variations of the Characters.

Completing all Parallel Quests and wish new Character four times with the Dragon Balls like the others sayed should be the answer :)
