Anyone know where to get the costume "Whis Battle Suit"? Is it a PQ or what? Can't seem to find it.

I got mine when I imported my save file from Xenoverse 1

One of PQ100 reward is "Whis Symbol Battle Suit". I imagine that's the one you're looking for.
