Pretty sure that every dress from the first game should be in here, right? Did anyone find it on the clothes shops or any PQ?

Just do a fly-by of all the area's after each mission for the blue orbs, youll find lots of interesting stuff :)

There's a guy close to the online battles that requires you to finish 5 expert missions, he gives you the entire set.

Oh really? That would make sense. Since there are different NPC which ask for a different number of expert mission cleared, each one give a special set. Thanks for letting me know this!

Some of the random NPCs give out full costume sets. This is one of them. I forget who gave it out or the requirements but I've gotten this and several others by talking to NPCs. They'll either say they want you to do something and reward you after you've done it.

Yeah, although I still miss some poses and whatnot, so getting to know who precisely gives it is a good start way :P

Ok, I can confirm the mefla, the namekian around the left side of the time station give you the taringa tribe set as reward for beating 5 expert missions!
