How to start Expert Missions?

Hi folks, just wondering, what do you need to accomplish to unlock expert missions?

Clear out the Cell saga, then a not-missable tutorial about them will pop up.

Which are the expert missions?
Are they at the houses or were they the ones in the main city from the purple portal?

The purple portal ones (around the city) :)

I only have one purple portal in my city and the two training portals, so there should be more?
100% finished story, up to PQ 50 and level 64 character too.

I have found 2 (or 3). As far I can tell, the more you beat, the more you unlock. You can tell the difference between the new from the old ones by their colour (those cleared have a pinkish colour rathar than purple).
