How do you get the spirit sword?
I looked at each pq and I dont see it? Anyone have an idea of how to get it

Why is it OP?

In pve if someone hit your target after the first hit you will miss the full damage

It has a chance to drop from EQ #17. The drop rate isn't that good and the mission itself is challenging. If you don't have enough damage output you're not going to beat it.
