Defend Planet Namek - Part 1 & Namek Dragon Ball Gathering PQs

So I've played this game a decent amount so far but I can't finish the dragon ball gathering missions that involve namek because some of the dragon balls don't show up. They show on the radar but not on that spot in the map. This is really annoying me due to SPOILER: having to do it to get the distorted time egg so that you can get the secret ending. Anyone have a solution? It'd be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: It is possible to do these, I just have to restart many, many times... Annoying, but it works.

I think the balls spawn under the ground which you can't get to. I've seen enemies spawn in rocks and beneath the level's ground. Its just bugs they have yet to fix.

That's very well possible. I guess it's just up to luck if the physics engine decides to work right.

Exactly, hopefully MOST of the bugs will be fixed on the 1st.
