Psycho Escape

I'm having issues getting Psycho Escape to drop in PQ13. I imagine it's dropped from Guldo, but he doesn't seem to be letting it go. Can anyone confirm if it's dropped by him or somewhere else in the PQ?

I definitely have psycho escape from that mission. I couldn't tell you who dropped it specifically though. I can give you a SS if you require proof, it's just rare I guess. (I'm having the same problem getting kaioken to drop).

I know it drops from the mission, it's listed in the rewards.
I'm just having troubles getting Guldo to drop it, if he even does.

I got Kaioken on my first attempt, funnily enough, but I never use it because the stamina drain doesn't feel worth the negligible damage increase I'm seeing, even as a male Saiyan.
