med mix capsule?

where can i find the med mix capsule. It isnt in the item shop and i have done all the parallel quests available to me. I need this so i can join the frieza force.

It will show up in the item shop eventually after doing a certain number of time patrols and such, but you can also find it randomly on PQs

continue the story mission and lv up. the item will be on the item shop when you hit certain lv.
