Golden Frieza Last Emperor attack how to use it?
I have unlocked him, but it seems you cant use his ultimate last emperor. is this a bug or does it have conditions to use it?

well my golden Frieza has 9 ki bar and i cant use it so im prettu sure its not a ki problem

so to use last emperor you have to be in low health and can only use it once.....the problem is its damage is so bad... i dont know why they even included it.
