Report a translation problem
The early game is not very hard. I agree with you though it's a strange design. But I don't think it takes very long to unlock the 1v1 desk that also has Training, like 2 or 3 story missions.
Just push through it, it's annoying but not for very long.
Edit: you can also replay any mission you like including the story ones, so if for some reason if you want to return to the really early missions after a bit of training, you can.
If I recall correctly, you literally just have to do the very first mission. I wouldn't worry too much about training before that one, Raditz is pretty useless.
