Xenoverse transfer character not showing up.

Let's say something about this problem. When I completed everything to the point where you can choose the CaC it doesn't show up. Also my items from the previous game are not here!
the CaC is replaced with a black character with hair 1, eyes 1, no clothes, etc.

I would appreciate some help from all of you lovely people. :)

i can't transfer de data from xenoverse 1.

weird ive had no problem at all transfering my char? you only get your stuff that character had on it tho*skills clothing* you dont actualy get the character that you created he appears in the games cutscenes.

I mean I do not get any skills, nor clothing.
the statue of the CaC from the first game is black-skinned and the rest of features comented in the primary post

after you create your first character a box comes up and askes you if you want to transfer a char acter then gives you a list of characters some which are yours and some are presets I think did that not come up for you?.

It did the first time, Can I delete my data in xeno 2 to make it show up again?

Had the same issue. Worked for me. I understand your pain (spent 3 hours trying to fix the issue until this post showed up. Wasted my entire evening...)
