Blue Hurricane or Burning Spin?

Blue hurricane was nerfed quite horribly. Not sure on Burning spin as I've seen no one using it.

Then I think ill take burning spin even though its harder to control.

I read Hurricane was nerfed an Spin was buffed so Spin is better now.

I will tell you that blue hurricane comes from a rather hard expert mission, in w hich I watched a guy fail about 7 times in two hours last night. So take that into consideration if you're a completionist.
