Need help getting Ultra instinct skills for CAC?

So i dont know how many people have these or not, the new update that was released a few months ago only a small portion of it seems to work for me. This is what i had to do to work around not being able to access the skills in the TP shop, i dont even know if this will work for everyone but i did it and it worked for me.

As for help with the Kai of times skills, i dont know how to get those except for doing the tournaments which atm i dont think can be done. I tried to do it at 2am this morning crashed just as i got started so i logged for the night. Logged back in a few hours later and i can no longer do anything Ki of time related. As far as i can tell, only the mascots and artwork seem to be working for me and i had to use the work around above just to gain the Ultra instinct skills. Be aware though, Godly display is OP as hell which is fine by me but i never play against any players anyway ive had enough PVP to last a life time.

Or you can you know....*cough* edit *cough* Im sorry did i say that? Now look normally i wouldnt use such a thing but even im tempted to try it because lets be real, The recent free DLC update a few months back kinda screwed a lot of players. Hope this helps you guys out.

If Bamco can't be bothered to get their game working correctly and waste our time with incompetent design, I see no foul in bypassing their bullcrap. I mean, if you were gonna get the skills anyway, does it really matter if you get them now or get them at some arbitrary point in the future when Bamco's dumb time gates permit you to? You still get them and put in exactly the same amount of effort to do so.

Same kinda holds for the Supreme Kai and her skills: time limited availability is pointless and wastes our time. Skip the bullcrap and get what you were going to get anyway.

Yeah pretty much. Like i said ive only gotten 2 things to actually work from this update mascots and artwork if you dont count using the work around to get the UI skills. Updates been around since Aug 26th and they released certain content over a period of a few weeks yet its still messed up. It's not a game breaking problem by any means however i just dont like the fact that the content is there you just cant do anything with it. At least i cant. I decided to use the save editor to check out the Kai of times skills and in my opinion only one is really worth it, Holy scripture because its a pretty powerful attack specially when you combo it up to 4 hits, just those 4 hits alone i take a full health bar and a half down on enemies. The UI skills are pretty awesome though, specially divine kamehamaha if you time it just right you can surf up an enemies ki blast beam like goku did to kefla in the tournament of power.

Chaos Wall is a great defensive move, I feel. I mean, perhaps situational, but it can completely nullify all kinds of ki blast ults and then immediately turn into a projectile to hit the opponent with.

I use super explosive wave because it pretty much does the same thing, as soon as someone tries to hit me with a super or ultra i use it and take 0 damage and sometimes the knock back effect hits them as soon as their done so it nullifies the damage i take and gets them outta my face. Most of the time i do it simply to avoid taking damage knocking them back is just a side effect that works to my advantage. This is the only time ive ever used a save editor for this game either, but if its true like how it looks the next tournament will be a long time from now and most likely ill forget when its going on and miss it again. Besides after 1300+ hours ive done enough hoop jumping with this game and ive had my game data become corrupt 4 times since 2017 and honestly.... ive had enough of starting over so if it happens again im probably going to use it again even making back up saves doesnt help because as soon as i replace the save file that becomes corrupted as well forcing me to start over. I used to see it as cheating because you can give yourself things you didnt actually have but after having to start over 4 times myself i can see why people use it just to restore what they had lost and i never give myself anything that i didnt already have before. A lot of times i forget i even have something to begin with and dont regrant it lol.

Yeah, I don't see saving time as cheating. We only have so much time in life, why waste it on grinds and arbitrary nonsense instead of actually having fun? If, in a fair playing field, everyone has the same moves available to them, is there any difference between forcing the game to give 'em to you vs getting lucky on an RNG drop? Both players still have the moves, anyone could have gotten them, and as a result, it confers no special advantage.

Sure, it could be argued that using the save editor to get the move doesn't feel like earning it, but when the only difference is literally sitting around waiting (either for a time gate or to get lucky) what's actually being done to "earn" it? "Earning" it in these situations is more like a psychological illusion, and one bad companies routinely exploit.

Real cheats, in my view, are things legit players can never do without also cheating: such as inflating stats with impossible QQ bangs, or using moves no one can normally get, or pay 2 win mechanics that unfairly favor certain players. Stuff like that.

Personally i just got sick of grinding out the skills because most of them have taken me months to achieve. Hell power rush that Jiren has took me 78 attempts to get meanwhile a friend of mine gets the thing in 1 go lol. I pretty much had every skill except for a few things like data input but i eventually got it. I mean i could give myself the all the skills but for some reason i refuse to do it, in my mind i feel that it just gives me something else to keep coming back to the game even though i dont need a real legit reason to keep coming back to the game. Also now that i think about it i remember you being on my friends list before my account got hijacked last year. I dont know what people think their going to accomplish hijacking peoples accounts. Back in 2008 i had it happen when i was on deployment and it took me months to finally get it back and when i did, my account was banned from most online games and the few games i had at the time were no longer in my library so i ended up having to rebuy a good deal of them. I do however remember having this exact convo with you i believe it was around the same time last year. Your name looks extremely familiar and if i recall it was also winter lol.

Really? Hm. I apologize, but I can't quite remember, though it certainly is possible. Sorry your account got hijacked though. That sucks. I hate having to rebuild from scratch and try to back up my data as much as possible.

Another reason I use the save editor was to make more than 8 alts for fun and I keep all that stuff backed up with other important files on entirely different machines just in case something dumb happens, like a mandatory Windows update kills my comp and I have to rebuild the entire thing again.

Its all good i understand that far to well lol. I did decide to try out some mods just for ♥♥♥♥♥ n giggles. I pretty much play for myself anyways and the few friends i do play with play so rarely, but i decided to try the transformation mods theres a skill you can get in the shop that allows you to go through all the SS forms including 4 SSGSS Kaioken and UI sign and UI mastered. Its bad enough i spend as much time on this game as i do but now im going to be spending even more time on it. Like i said i dont play online modes so it might be considered cheating in a sense because it gives me all the SS forms even goku blacks rose SSG form. Im not sure if its cheating though because even though it gives you some serious power boosts i still find the harder PQs to still have the same level of challenge. I might auto dodge every normal attack the AI throws as UI but you can still be hit NP with supers and ultras, which at this point thats almost all the AI does is spam the crap outta supers and ultras, if anything the AI i think is cheating more than i am because i saw Omega Shenron spam 4 ultras in a row and only a single bar of KI actually depleted. Plus the game still has trouble registering attacks at times but only when you do them the AI itself doesnt seem to have a problem with that unless you do something skill wise or use block.

How you want to play is fine by me as long as you aren't going out of your way to ruin the fun of anybody else. By yourself or amongst a select group that already agreed to it, that's basically playing with agreed upon "house rules." I prefer to go without mods myself simply because I find it less complicated overall. Needing 3rd party programs and other complexities to make them work annoy me so I just don't bother.

It's only really cheating if you specifically go out of your way to get a leg up on people with an unfair advantage. Now, a bad, callous and entitled attitude to have is "I played the game already, I'm free to cheat against others who never agreed to it because I'm a selfish jerk who only cares about myself" or "everyone should play the way I play if they don't want to lose!" But you're not doing that, so yeah, go nuts with mods or whatever.

The only cheating i believe in is for single player games or single player modes but even then i only use cheats just to screw around on games ive already 100% completed and have played through multiple times. However everything like that gets turned off if i decide to play multiplayer, the thing that annoys me the most is with GRBP everyone keeps telling me i need to use this and that because it makes the game easier. LOL im the last person who needs an easier game because for me the games already easy as it is, but i also understand tactics because i was infantry for 10 years in the army. People say military tactics dont work in games but that is BS, anyone who says that just simply doesnt understand tactics. Hell i think besides co-op with a buddy i dont think ive ever even been in online mode in XV2 even the original one, and ive had enough pvp thanks to wow to last a few life times lol. I constantly see "do these cheats work in raids or PVP?" in GRBP, or which ones work in ghost war or raids? none of them and if you are cheating in a game like that im going to report said players because it ruins the fun for those of us who are playing fair.

I do however like this transformation mod because i feel like the SS forms it gives you should have been in the game by default. Like SS4 thats a form that EVERYONE has wanted, everytime they talk about a new DLC i always see from tons of players making mentions of hoping to have SS4 if nothing else just because it looks cool which it does lol.

Hmm... and i just realized i now have the Kai of time as usable character. Maybe the new update is finally starting to work, because 20 mins ago i didnt have her at all and i doubt it has anything to do with the mod i just got because its simply a transformation mod for sayians.

Well the other night when i tried playing for the 1st time in about 6 months i attempted it but my game crashed as soon as i entered it it was 2am so i just decided to log for the night but when i came back i havent been able to do it since and she just showed up outta the blue. I do like the skill timespace impact, at least when it works and makes contact but you know how this game is theres times the game won register hits even getting clean hits.

It's a wonky game like that, though my recent problems have been more connection issues with friends that I previously had no issues connecting to while playing solo seems to work well enough. At least last I checked a few weeks ago.

My only real issue is just the game crashing in the middle of a PQ for no real reason its been that way ever since i started playing again. The crappy part for my friend i typically do co-op with from time to time cant progress the story because it keeps crashing on namek right before they fight the 1st two ginyu force members. I even made an alt and it does the same thing in the same spot it does for him. Hopefully they will come out with a fix, i just hope it doesnt kill my mod im using because i keep seeing a lot of people claiming their mods arent working now. I mean its not a huge issue if i have to reinstall it but it does seem a bit much just to get a mod to work.
