Help game is crashing (Pc)

My game is crashing during the story mode and I don't know why, It was working perfectly before, and i decided to play through it with a new frieza race cac and between some loading screens my game just crashes, not during any other mission i try it seems to just be story missions, which makes me think the cutscenes are causing it somehow. I've turned down some of my settings to see if that worked, and that didn't help much. Whats odd is i was doing fine a couple days ago, I left for a couple days and turn my computer on to play and its crashing now, I didn't do anything of the game or my computer within that 2 and a half days I doubt its the update because i was doing fine before that. Also my game froze when i tried to go into the raid which might be a similar issue somehow

Game has run smooth for me for weeks and I have this issue loading into the Event. I'll get into what feels like 3 or 4 events then crash.

i know im haveing issues joining some rooms during the TIme Patroller Raid, its making me concerned

same, its the only time I crash, I'll be watching the little loading wheel then the game locks up, and its totally random when it decides to do it. T_T rip reaching my last reward tier.

Are you using the new art work loading screens? That has been causing some people to crash.

i have some of the art work but i havent "equip" any of them yet

Make sure all the custom artwork is turned off.

im having the EXACT same issue with the story mode! i can do as many parallel quests as i like but as soon as i enter a story mode and it finishes the cut scenes i crash.. i read the discussion and people said to disable artwork and stuff so im going to remove mine and see if that fixes it, ill keep you updated

Yes I was, and as soon as i turned them off my game stopped crashing. It makes me so mad that they didn't even play test to see if the artworks would be compatible with story mode because it is very consistent on when it crashes, right before a cutscene usually

i can confirm that the artwork is indeed the issue, as soon as i set my loading screen back to default it was perfectly fine! strange one really but im happy its sorted

They probably did, not everyone has the crashing problem. I, for instance, don't get any crashes caused by the artwork.

That is possible, but I feel like its such a consistent problem that someone would have noticed at some point. At least I know what the problem is and can keep playing

Same Game Crash Story mode only

Same problem, during the Namek Saga the game crashes constantly. I tried to fix it lowering the graphics (even if it wasn't necessary because i've i5-8400, GTX 1060 and 8GB ram) but still doesn't work.

Turn off all the custom artwork.
