Game not starting up

So recently I decided to play this game again after a long while, and when I tried to start the game, it would just give me a black screen before crashing. I updated my graphics card, and after that it started giving me this error message:

"Only fallback graphics driver "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" found. Please install dedicated driver for your graphics card."

So afterwards I uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, tried using an EAC bypass, disabling and enabling my GPU, but nothing has worked. I've tried searching for solutions online but I couldn't find any that worked. I'm going to try reinstalling the drivers for my graphics card, so I'll keep you posted. If that doesn't work, I'll come back and update this post, asking for another solution.

My specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 3.4 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Radeon RX 580
OS: Windows 10
Drive type: HDD

UPDATE: Reinstalling my graphics card drivers and restarting my computer didn't work. So any help would be very much appreciated.

Do you have RadeonPro (the program)? It's possible there's a GPU profile setup for Xenoverse 2 that isn't compatible with it.

Other than that, can't think of anything off the top of my head.

*edit2- There's been 1 case, back in August 2019, in this forum with the same problem, in their case it was Windows itself that was out of date, so try running Windows Update as well.

Oh, I just noticed a message under the windows update button about a windows feature update, I'll see if that will work
