How To Use XENOVERSE 2 Mods After Latest FREE Update DLC 11

For those who trying to mod XENOVERSE 2 as of DLC 11 please be patient as Eternity has not updated the latest XV2patcher and XV2INS! *I am not associated with Eternity in anyway* Hopefully we will hear from him soon but I have found an alternative to use mods by going back to a previous XV2 update that went live on March 5th, 2020 *basically the update after Ultra Pack 2* Since I'm such a nice guy and enjoy the use of mods myself I'm gonna share with you all how to do this so buckle up and let's get started!

Requirements:

1) A Steam copy of DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 *I am not sure if this will work with a cracked version of the game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/454650/DRAGON_BALL_XENOVERSE_2

2) .NET Core 3.1 *Download the .NET Core SDK* https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download

3) The lastest XV2patcher and XV2INS here at https://animegamemods.net/thread/4059/tools-eternity

4) Depot Downloader at https://github.com/SteamRE/DepotDownloader/releases

5) WinRAR at https://www.rarlab.com

6) A Stable Internet Connection

Please note you will need XENOVERSE 2 Installed but delete all the contents in the "DB Xenoverse 2" folder and please backup your mods somewhere or you will half to reinstall them again!

Step 1) Download DepotDownloader v2.3.6. Once done downloading create a folder called "Depot" and extract all the contents of the archive into the "Depot" folder. *I recommend placing said Debot folder into the Documents folder*.

Step 2) Within your "Depot" folder you will see a windows batch file called "depotdownloader.bat". right click on that file and click "edit". What you will do then is replace the text with this

"@echo off dotnet %~dp0DepotDownloader.dll %* -username <your steam username here> -password <your steam password here> -app 454650 -depot 454651 -manifest 8804310811919528573" *Do not include the or the " or <>* then save the file.

Step 3) Return the the Debot folder and highlight the directory This PC > Documents > Debot, press CTRL+A, delete the path and type in the search bar "cmd"

Step 4) A command prompt should pop up within the "Debot" folder and after the C:\Users\yourpcname\Documents\Debot> please copy and paste "@echo off dotnet %~dp0DepotDownloader.dll %* -username <your steam username here> -password <your steam password here> -app 454650 -depot 454651 -manifest 8804310811919528573" *Do not include the or the " or <>* please note if you have Steam Guard enabled you'll receive an email that is linked to your account and you will paste the code in said email into the command prompt.

An installation process should start and will take awhile depending on your Internet so leave your PC on, go watch TV or get something to eat while you wait but check if frequently if you happen to come back and the command prompt closed don't worry you're fine it just means the installation successfully installed!

Step 5) Open up the Documents folder and head to Depot>depots>454561>5427618 and copy everything accept the ".DepotDownloader" folder and place those content in the root of your DBXV2 directory.

AND THAT'S IT! You've successfully downgraded the latest XV2 DLC 11 update to the previous March 5th, 2020 *DLC Ultra Pack 2* update as well as the XV2patcher and XV2INS!
