go here http://animegamemods.freeforums.net/thread/4059/tools-eternity, download "XV2 Mods Installer" and "xv2patcher" and follow the instructions.
Open "xv2ins.exe" -> tools -> associate .x2m extension.

If you have problems, ask.

i have a problem where whenever i go to open the installer, it says "InitCharaNames failed" any ideas on how to fix it?

Did you put the ".exe" files in the main DBXV 2 folder?
