Where's the 2nd Cotton City Tournament?

I just finished the tournament, and it said I unlocked the 2nd cotton city tournament and I needed to beat it in order to unlock Supreme Kai of Time.

It's the same tournament, you're just given the ability to do it again and unlock the Supreme Kai of Time as as playable character. After that you unlock the tournament for a third time to get more artwork, skills, and other stuff.

I did, and then installed it back again because I heard about the 3d1t0r. Can't say much else, goes against the rules.

I've flagrantly talked about using my save editor for this game for months now. I'm pretty sure it's not a big deal.

Yea, you just summed up why I didn't respond, lol.

Though I suppose he could be talking about the trick I heard of to get all the custom partner keys to drop from a PQ, which involves editing some of the game's data files...
