How do I unlock Supreme Kai of Time?

I got the latest update, I have the thing where it says mascots, loading screens and whatnot, but I have no idea why I don't have Supreme Kai of Time. Does anybody know how to unlock her? Because I can't see in the DLC list that she's a DLC character.

even if you miss the event you will still be able to get her as you will be able to do it on or offline

They banned my country from all online events and other Middle Eastern countries too for no given reason. Does it mean that non of us can get the Supreme Kai Of Time?

Yeah but I still paid a full price for this game only to get half the total experience for no given reason.

There are not anti gaming laws in my country and there is no excuse for their bad localization. We've been placed in a temp game region that is also called "Asia" from day one, we didn't even have an English option for this game at the start, horrible netcode and as I said no online events at all.

I don't know any other game where this happens, this only happened to me on this one. This is just pure lazyness and customer neglection.

And even if there was a legal reason for their actions they're obligated to explain the reasoning behind banning a whole country from online events, let alone a whole region, which they never did, they just gaslighted us at every attempt of communication with them.

I tried doing that many times, I contacted them many times, the only time they did respond they said they’d fix it and we got only one raid as a result which was the Yamcha raid, which also most of us didn’t even get the rewards for as if even wasn’t bad enough. After that silence, nothing.

And my country is even ok with the Wolfenstein games, and any games that depict any kind of religion and we don’t have any censorship laws or any censorship levels either.

My best guess is that there was a mistake that barely bothered fixing and the more time went on the more this mistake grew and became even worse with the increasingly growing bad netcode.

Actually I have a question for you, the Dark Crustal raids and double Crystal raids, when you decide to look for rooms from all regions, do you get an instant result?
