Candy Beam Drop

I know it comes from PQ 66: Stop Beerus' Destruction, but I can't get it. I've consistenly gotten Z ratings and have tried to get it a bunch of different ways. I've even beat Beerus before he leaves the first area, still nothing. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

It's all RNG. There's no surefire method to help get something to drop like talking to Elder Kai in Xenoverse 1. You just have to keep farming until you get the drop.

But moves usually drop when you KO someone specifically, usually when you get a Z rating. Like, you get Maiden's Blast when you KO Pan.

Yeah, while the game is way more forgiving with clothing drops, the skill drop is still on Xenoverse 1 levels of RNG despite that. I've been trying to get Chain Destructo Disk skill for days.

which is annoying and people wonder why folks ask for a 100% save file for the game... i mean its a ♥♥♥♥♥ to get everything, and oing the same PQ 200,000 times for one drop is ugg... i'd prefer if they just put all the ♥♥♥♥ in a vender, and required TP badges to buy them and let us play what missions are fun.
