I love doing it just because Master Roshi did it to Goku and Krillin when they were kids. I always drop the milk after delivering all the milk and I get frustrated so much lmao.
It's just milk and TP, not really a reward but it's a fun minigame

well you get quite a few TP off krillin and yamchas training, if you do them 10 times on a single character you get a achievement for each one i think.
