google is useless in this situation.
and i think the NPC asking for it might be bugged, he freaks out and thinks i have it when i clearly don't.

can anyone help me? anyone know where to find it?

i think it is the Gi you get when you train with vegeta at Capsule Corp

I think the quest is bugged since The guy says that I have it and do I wanna trade it and when I answer Yes he just acts as if i said no... Unless Im missing something :(

I finally find lol. You need the full set ( 4 parts ) of the outfit at the outfit shop, in the PT buy. The name in french is gi du temple d'entrainement, so i think its a outfit with a name like gi training temple, something like that, sorry my game is in french. I find it when i was trying to buy all the outfits in the game xD.

As the person above said, the Training Temple Gi counts as the tournament gi, it's a LV2 set available at the clothing shop for 2000 per piece. I believe you do need the whole set, though I'm not certain.
