does anyone think stamina break shuold have been stamina damage attack?
Stamina break is too essensial right now and i feel it should have been stamina damage or something. They should have increased the stamina damage when you guard and make current stamina break to reduce 2 or 3 bars of stamina to make the combat more about reducing enemies stamina to start and finish your combo.

Right now i feel it is more about you stamina break someone and pull out your damage combo and wait for the perfect chance to stamina break.

You take some stamina damage when you guard but its too small while one stamina break can just reduce all your stamina bars, i feel like they shuould have made the effectiveness of stamina break less severe to make this game more enjoyable and competitive.

I actually thought thats how it was goign to be myself when i saw the gohan trailer. :3 but hey, the game has support for a year, we may see some shakeups

I kinda would have perferred it if it just did stamina damage. cause at the moment its just mostly a game of who can stamina break first and deal out the most damage during it.

stamina break is a strategical move, if you leave yourself open for break you probably didn't have that much stamina left to begin with, it has a long charge up compared to other attacks, easily noticable, and you can zanzoken out or use your evasion skill and counter with your own combo. fine as is.

Only that in some cases the game derps (well, quite often) and you get stamina broken from full to 0 out of an ult from what seems to be a weak attack. Yet in another instance your stamina can power through a whole super kamehameha while charging up your perfect kame, all the while losing the grand total of only two bars... Has happened to me. It's weird, annoying, and shows how flawed the whole calculation still is.

I think it's fine the way it is. It keeps things fast-paced and keeps you on your toes. Your changes would basically make it Xenoverse 1 again.

I second this. The stamina in XV1 made every character with a long bar super broken. With stamina break (and the length dependent time it takes to recover from a broken stamina), it helps you be more cautious of your stamina.

Stamina break is only essential for ultimates to hit.

However, I still fight online and i'm easily one of the best around, so it's not needed.

It shouldn't be something you're easily able to do. Learn to set it up, not throw them out randomly.
