Any guides out there on how to get skills from PQ's?

Been grinding out multiple PQ's for the displayed skill reward, getting Ultimate Finishes, and no skills at all. Kinda frustrating not knowing the trigger, or if it's RNG, or what.

it's RNG there is no specific way to get them, other than kill the enemy that has it, but even then still RNG.

Whyyyyyy is this still a thing.... it's like they ignored so much feedback from the first game.

RNG is MUCH MUCH nicer this time around though however, I'm not beating my head against the wall as much as i did with XV1. it's a lot more forgiving this time around

Is it just RNG? I thought it was something tied to getting a Z rating in the PQ or doing something specific like killing someone with a specific move, killing them with an Ultimate etc.

Still RNG, but I read that you get a higher chance the better your score is.

I've done the Pq to try and get Chain destructo Diosk literally 40 times and no skill. Got Android 16's outfit 9 times over though. And on that note, been trying to get Vegito's legs in his PQ but for some godforsaken RNGeses related reason it won't drop. I got the other 3 pieces of clothing 5 times each now. Also frustrating to keep Super Buu over 50% health, they just auto lock the poor guy.

*sigh*, first game all over again, and only when I actually want something.

You'll be able to obtain what you want via TP medals eventually anyway. The TP shop changes every week so the stuff you want is bound to appear there eventually.

So instead of getting random drops, wait for the items to randomly appear in the shop? Needs less randomness :P

Well, here's a question. Right now, I'm trying to get Recoome Kick off PQ 61.

Recoome is in the first pack of enemies that you fight. Will I ever KO him, and get a message saying "Skill Acquired" or whatever? Or will I actually have to go through this mission with an attempted Z ranking each and every time?

Ugh... Got Z rank, still nothin'. This mission is so long, too.
