How do I get Supreme Kai's clothes

You have to help Buu make a family then give his kids food to go run missions. They change color every so often and you get Clothing when they are Yellow.

I've been trying this for the past few hours and I havent been getting anything other then Quapo (or how ever its spelt), Vegeta's armor, and every know and then something about Chaoutzu (how ever he is spelt too)

I think the level of the food and how far you are in the story increases the chances for better stuff.
