Yup, he's listed in the credits, so now I am curious which one he is. I know Male 8 is TFS's Nappa and 15 is apparently TFS's Vegeta.

Nah not really, plenty of games have rather unexpected popular actors as voice actors. Bethesda for example likes to cramp a few in there. The King you see first in Oblivion? None other than Patrick Steward, AKA Jean-Luc Piccard. You'd be surprised who you can find voicing characters in games without it being widely promoted.

The studio wasn't that big and a lot of people kept leaving which gave him more and more roles. He just stuck with'em. He's also the director.
