So about Guru's house...
Anyone else wish they at least change up the frequency after finishing this? I mean, it would not be so bad if they were constantly different missions, but after having max stat points upgraded by Guru, it just goes right back into mission 1 with the tutorial about finding the balls. And when you finally 100% Guru's house, it restarts again just the same.

The frequence should be changed honestly, I don't want to see " Guru's house is under attack" every three quests, it's bothersome honestly, especially when you've already 100% them already.

I mean, do we even get affected if we ignore it? At level 80, there is no point at all to do this quest. They could reward you with a limited version of the wish selection menu. It could have medals, items, zen, and costume parts.

Better end game rewards would make this a lot better yeah, but nope...just zeni and stuff you could buy anyways.

As for ignoring it..I don't know, I've never done it myself..might be worth a try checking out how long you can ignore it.

All I know is that eventually it says something along the lines of "Guru's House is now even more dangerous" if you ignore it for too long. But then it just goes right back to "Guru's house is under attack." Don't know if what it says changes anything about the quests. May try that. Probably not, because they're so tedious.

I didn't notice any changes after letting Guru's house get to the worst condition. Same quest that you'd get otherwise. Beyond the initial stuff? Pointless.

Yeah there doesn't seem to be any real consequences to it...but it is still bothersome seeing it pop up every so often, especially after you finished them all already. I mean you'd think Frieza would give up by now after having his forces be beaten constantly by the same person.

After awhile, it stopped showing up for me as it couldn't go any lower.

I believe when it says dangerous, it means that the quest is the final one vs Vegeta and Nappa with 7 dragonbal. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Nope. The Vegeta/Nappa mission will always happen no matter how secure the house is.

I would be happy if they toned down the frequency on Guru missions and increased it on Yamcha/Krillin fetch quests, those barely ever occur.

it's really annoying, why can't it just end like freezers side quests?

Plot twist the player (yes you) is indangering guru's house

It does give you bragging rights.

you need to gather all 7 dragon balls 3 times to get extra wishes unlock potential and rais your level cap from 80-85 if you have the dlc
Festerrot Jan 24, 2017 @ 5:04am
to be honest i wish it was more frequent so i didn thave to do a ♥♥♥♥ load of missions just to get the extra wishs and rais my level cap

I know it's an old thread just necroe'd, but for the sake of info. Right now the missions are more frequent the first 12 times or so. That's two campaigns of 6 missions each. After Nail allows free passage to Guru (not just once like after the first 6 mission, but permanent unless the house is under attack), mission flow will plummet and you will rarely get a mission there again.

Sure, I would have liked an actual end (with the little robot there to replay if I wanted), but it seems the future DLC will have something more for Guru to do. Perhaps a new level cap. I say this because after the cap raise to 85, Guru says the cac has even more untapped potential.
