Is Energy Blade/Similar an attack in this game and if so what kind of attack is it?

I know it's kinda lame but it's also one of my fave attacks from the series and I'd like to build a decent character with it. What do I need to invest in to make it good?

There's a few energy blade style attacks. For Supers, there's Sauzer Blade, Divine Retribution, Spirit Stab, Aura Slide, and a couple others. Spinning Blade is an Evasive skill that uses the Sauzer Blade effect, and for Ultimates there's Spirit Sword, Divine Lasso, and Instant Severance.

Yeah, those are all Strike Supers.

However, Even though Divine Lasso is a Strike Ultimate, It's power is based on Ki Blast stats.
