Do I have to do guru on every character for 125 stats?

so both my characters have 125 stat points max and i just created a new one, maxed him too and I was wondering, why cant i get 125 stat points for him, do I have to do guru for him too?

edit: character is frieza race while my other 2 are saiyans

No when you do it for any CAC it will ne unlock for all even foe new ones

IF I remember correctly, this one needs to be done per character. It's the level cap the one that covers all characters once done for the first time.

I did the misions just one time and it unlocked the cape to all of my characters

He is referring to the 125 point stat cap that must be done on all cac's. The level cap is a one-time (done in stages) thing that affects all cac's

I only did the misions one time at my main CAC and i have 5 other CACs that have the 125 points unlocked




I dont know if it was bugged when i did it long time ago or someting like this

Odd. Now I remember more clearly that my frieza cac was stuck at 100 for a long time because I was lazy and didn't start Guru missions, while my main and other alts already had it. Now, I do believe you. This game derps a lot and not all derps are bad.

If I am correct, 125 is the limit, you can not go beyond that.

Unless you wanna use a save editor with all the bell and whistles enabled. I personally like to play the game without any save editors like the developers intended the game to be played. There are others who like to skip the grind, can you really consider that cheating? Maybe, this is what happens when a fighting game comes to PC. PC is the wild west of gaming. Hardcore dbx2 players would play this game without any save editors/perfect qqbangs/add whatever you want here. In a nutshell, go talk to Guru, he will increase any lvl cap you had before. Lvl 99 is the limit.

It's not any specific mission. You have to do those guru help quests several times around the time you hit the frieza saga on each cac. I recall that was a feature. I completed my save ages ago so if they patched it... it must have been with the extra pack set updates i distinctly recall having to do it after dlc 4 dropped only of the the last cac's i was finishing

I didnt specific any mision
i said that i compelted the 6 missions at my main CAC and the then guru expanded the range for all CACs.

Guess i'll look into it using one of my old save backups. If they did change that... it's worth making noticed

Yeah. Would be a late QoL addition most of us didn't benefit from if it's now like that. BUT, if it were that way, we wouldn't have OP asking about here at all. So I still believe it was a bug on @AlphaASX's save or something along those lines.
