I remember the Android 21 outfit was originally a promotional item for those who preordered Dragon Ball FighterZ, but I didn't get that or the promotional lobby avatar for FighterZ. =\ They did eventually give the Android 21 outfit (and a golden version) as a reward for a raid event.

i want to know this too, after looking extensively through videos and forums about how to get her clothes only to find people explaining how to get the "Lab coat" Top and not the actual set. and when its mentioned about that set all anyone ever says is "it from the raid" yea but how? did the raid this week and only got her gold outfit. on top of that the thing about it being a thing for having fighterZ was a japan only thing... if the forums and responses are to be believed. So... i too would like to know how to get her full outfit.

As far as I know the only reliable way to receive the outfit pieces now is to use a save editor.
