I just watched someone explaining why health and basic attack is useless.
Yet the player before that was swearing up and down that you want low stamina to escape stamina breaks, and that ki blast supers don't scale well with the ki blast stat.
Maybe they're all right and the stats are in fact minimally effective. Don't know.
And Female Saiyans do get the least out of it, although their combos are naturally fairly powerful.

Does have some numbers on the matter...
Get where you want with HP/Ki/Stamnia and then use the rest towards your attacking attributes, depending on what you use.
If you want an simple QQ Bang to take care of your HP/ki/stamnia, go to fuse two Rarity 5 Majin pieces together (I used two chest pieces) and use that one. It'll have +5/+5/+5/-5/-5/-5
So that you can put all your points into attacking to slightly increase your damage to however you'd like.
Do not link that guide.. it is 100% copy paste from XV1 and false in almost all accounts.
125 health
125 stamina
82 Basic attack and it works wonders for my female earthling since she's a brawler.
I haven't really noticed the lack of hp at all compared to other players even though I think I'm kinda squishy race. I guess I'm still on the fence about how worth the re-stat is but I don't want to be wasting all my points in a stat that only gives 11% more damage or following a guide that doesn't apply to this game.
Put points wherever you feel like you need them. That's the whole point of this system.
Feel like you need more vanish ? invest in stamina
Feel like you need more melee power since you use that as your primary damage output ? Invest in melee
Etc
Guru's quest lets you go beyond that up to 125
I think I'm too noob to fully understand builds very well, I might try a build with no points in basic attack and see if I even feel a difference.
I'm using Neo Wolf Fang Fist and it deals more damage than Burst Kamehameha. Sure, it's kinda useless as it literally drains your entire Ki in 2 seconds but it's worth it cuz it looks cool.
Stats don't mean ♥♥♥♥ really, I'd recommend putting 50 in Basics/Ki or Strike Supers, a bit in Ki and the rest in Health and Stamina(although getting your stamina broken through the hold down the buttom is literally hell).
My stats are 125 ki supers 125 stamina 25 ki and rest is going into HP. I feel like boosting stamina to max was a bit of a mistake because guarbreak gets extreamly punishing. But hey, i can vanish for days! And if i can over vanish my opponent i can beat him until he gets another 2 bars and ill have them ready to vanish again and continue beating.
