Is putting 125 points into basic attacks worth it?
I put 125 points into basic attacks on my female saiyan ki blaster character because I seem to use a lot of them but I've been told it's bad and basically pointless to much much into them. Should I consider a re-stat or am I doing okay?

You can literally find 'expert' pvp'ers who say 'this or that' stat isn't worth it...for every stat.

I just watched someone explaining why health and basic attack is useless.

Yet the player before that was swearing up and down that you want low stamina to escape stamina breaks, and that ki blast supers don't scale well with the ki blast stat.

Maybe they're all right and the stats are in fact minimally effective. Don't know.

From what I've seen people say is that the Basic Attacks stat only has a minimal effect, on the scale of giving like 11% more damage to combos at 100 or 125...

And Female Saiyans do get the least out of it, although their combos are naturally fairly powerful.

Does have some numbers on the matter...

I would just suggest putting it at the bottom of your priority list of stats.

Get where you want with HP/Ki/Stamnia and then use the rest towards your attacking attributes, depending on what you use.

If you want an simple QQ Bang to take care of your HP/ki/stamnia, go to fuse two Rarity 5 Majin pieces together (I used two chest pieces) and use that one. It'll have +5/+5/+5/-5/-5/-5

So that you can put all your points into attacking to slightly increase your damage to however you'd like.

Do not link that guide.. it is 100% copy paste from XV1 and false in almost all accounts.

mines is this from my ps4

125 health
125 stamina
82 Basic attack and it works wonders for my female earthling since she's a brawler.

I currently have 10 hp and maybe 42 stamina, all the rest are in basic attack and about 105 are in ki blast supers.

I haven't really noticed the lack of hp at all compared to other players even though I think I'm kinda squishy race. I guess I'm still on the fence about how worth the re-stat is but I don't want to be wasting all my points in a stat that only gives 11% more damage or following a guide that doesn't apply to this game.

Put points wherever you feel like you need them. That's the whole point of this system.

Feel like you need more vanish ? invest in stamina

Feel like you need more melee power since you use that as your primary damage output ? Invest in melee

Etc

Guru's quest lets you go beyond that up to 125

I gave up on Guru RIP

I think I'm too noob to fully understand builds very well, I might try a build with no points in basic attack and see if I even feel a difference.

Basic Attacks feel useless, I have 100 points on Basic Attacks (Lv. 80) and Lv. 30 enemies (PQ) feel spongy.
Black_Knight Nov 10, 2016 @ 12:48pm
I got 85(+20) in health, 18 in Ki(I got like 6 Ki bars with the extra 5 points from QQ Bang), 67(+20) in Stamina and 82 in both Basics and Ki Supers while 0 on Strikes and if QQ Bang can make it lower, it's -20.
I'm using Neo Wolf Fang Fist and it deals more damage than Burst Kamehameha. Sure, it's kinda useless as it literally drains your entire Ki in 2 seconds but it's worth it cuz it looks cool.
Stats don't mean ♥♥♥♥ really, I'd recommend putting 50 in Basics/Ki or Strike Supers, a bit in Ki and the rest in Health and Stamina(although getting your stamina broken through the hold down the buttom is literally hell).

Female saiyan here. I have 0 in basic attaks and do not feel damage penalty at all. In 1st game without points in basic attaks they was just a tool to fill your ki bar and deal no damage (was female majin ki blaster with 0 in BA). But here i dont think you NEED them. Well if you have nothing else that you WANT to boos then why not?

My stats are 125 ki supers 125 stamina 25 ki and rest is going into HP. I feel like boosting stamina to max was a bit of a mistake because guarbreak gets extreamly punishing. But hey, i can vanish for days! And if i can over vanish my opponent i can beat him until he gets another 2 bars and ill have them ready to vanish again and continue beating.

You shouldn't have too much in Stamina, it's far too dangerous when you're getting stamina broken. Learn to conserve your stamina by taking combos to the face without vanishing or know when to vanish(some hits in the combo are slow and won't allow you to back hit fast enough) to conserve stamina because they don't do a lot of damage alone; try predicting when the enemy is going to snap vanish and attack behind you before they vanish(you can still come back and back hit again to continue with your combo if they didn't snap vanish) so they use up all of their stamina and you still have most of your stamina. Try putting only 80 in stamina(it's still hell when you're normally broken but not too much) and buff up your character with some more health.
