Giant Blue Shenron

did anyone else notice the big blue dragon getting bigger steadly? or closer rather?

He's just moving. I don't think he's getting bigger/closer. I love to strike poses and take pictures with him in the BG.

the blue shenron is the statue aparently from toki toki city the supreme kai her self brought it to life at least thats what i hear.
