Human transformation options?

What options do Humans have for transformation? And how do you unlock each? Thank you!

Nimbus and power pole, unlocked by playing through the great saiyaman stuff in hercules house.
Unlock potential, z-rank all the advancement tests from the robot next to the old kai.
Kaioken, drop in PQ 8.

kaioken from pq quest 8. Nappa must survive. Potential unlocked/unleashed is from the trial exam unlocked after getting a z rank on the first five. nimbus cloud/power pole pro is from great saiyaman quests.

I'd say Unleash Potential. It's a solid damage boost, increases your ki generation allowing you to use your strikes with greater frequency and comes without any drawbacks other than being vulnerable while activating it. It doesn't change nearly as much as the other 2 though, so it won't be deciding many battles on it's own.

Nimbus = is a basic attack / fun build.
Kaioken = best strike and basic damage, but stamina drain is brutal so I don't recommend.
Potential unleashed = No cons just buffs. Only drawback is that you need 5 ki bars.

As far as i know, Kaioken x20 is still only a 15% boost to damage (same as PU).
It's cons are massive though. Kaioken x3 is only really useful for vanish duels and kaioken x20 for vanish duels and stamina using moves.

The Nimbus and Power Pole is so great for PvE the AI have no idea what to do when your on that cloud!
