Dragonball Xenoverse 2 "New Trasformation" Mod issue: can't turn into Ultra Instinct and Mastered Ultra Instinct

My problem is thast i have "New Transformation" mod (working) and when i choose a transformation pack that contains the UI and MUI, well, all transformations are good, but i don't know why, i can't litteraly turn into UI and MUI. when i should turrn into UI and MUI, it doesn't work. When I arrive at any final evolutionary stage (it depends on package by package) before the UI if i press again "unlease awoken skill" it should turn normal then and transform in UI and, if i press again, in MUI. But my avatar just turns normal.
There are also solo UI transformation packs: a single mod that adds a single awoken skill that is only the UI transformation. When I go to transform into UI, the word "Ultra Instinct" is perpetually transparent, like when I don't have enough energy for a transformation, with the difference that whan i have enough energy and also full healt, vig and sta, it keeps to be transparent and unaviable, and I cannot transform myself. E' strano: ho anche la TOP stage mod and it works perfectly. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the mods several times, reinstall the RAR files of the mod, reinstalled xv2installer and patcher several times, i reset all of my mods installed, i even reinstalled the game. And exept for UI and MUI, the mod works perfectly. It seems my problem is just with UI and MUI, but i really don't know what's the matter
so
are there maybe special commands for unlock UI and MUI?
and am i the only one with this problem or you got that too?

well I'm having the exact same problem with this mod right now lol can't turn Ultra Instinct

Iirc by default they have hp requirements.

You have to have lost a certain amount of hp to turn into them.

Having used the mod myself I can confirm the solo UI version works, but you need to be at 60% hp to transform into UI and then 40% for MUI. I have not used one on the skills that have like 7 stages so I cannot confirm if they are working as intended.
