That allows you to make new ones.
Second, why do you even care? I only play offline, I don't wanna get banned.
Stam Regen do a max of 10% [thats what the best ingame stam regen soul has]
Ki regen dont go past 5% [cause then one punch would pretty much fill you and thats way un balanced]
Supers dont go past 20% [thats largest ingame bonus]
or do each at 8%ish
Speeds dont really matter nothing soul wise increases attack speed just move speed but again going over 5% will ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ up on yourside and is just a waste cause the maps are small
Damage resistance dont mess with cause you can make it way way too op.
Also important to remember whatever soul you mod your oppent will get the same effects if they are also using it so thats why you gotta keep it balanced.
Best way to win PVP: use a modded given character. IF enemy don't have it, then he will get crashed on loading screen, and you win before the battle begins.
I meant the last part as sarcasm, but sadly it works. Just out of curiosity i tested with a friend. Wanted to know what happens if i use a complitely new character, that he doesn't have. It turned out, that the host wins in an instant in that case.
