First, I'm not intending to make some god mode ♥♥♥♥, if that were the case I wouldn't even be asking since there are already lost of those SS in Xenoverse Mods.
Second, why do you even care? I only play offline, I don't wanna get banned.

That allows you to make new ones.
Oh thanks!
If you make a new one balance it right and dont do aything that adds HP,ki or stam as it wont register right if you do power bonuses only do ki supers basic or strike and dont pass 20% or do all 3 at 8% just balance it if youre pvping

Stam Regen do a max of 10% [thats what the best ingame stam regen soul has]
Ki regen dont go past 5% [cause then one punch would pretty much fill you and thats way un balanced]
Supers dont go past 20% [thats largest ingame bonus]
or do each at 8%ish
Speeds dont really matter nothing soul wise increases attack speed just move speed but again going over 5% will ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ up on yourside and is just a waste cause the maps are small

Damage resistance dont mess with cause you can make it way way too op.

Also important to remember whatever soul you mod your oppent will get the same effects if they are also using it so thats why you gotta keep it balanced.

There is no official method except the mixing station. It's obvious how to use that. Mods can change super souls for sure, or maybe even add some, but don't use them on PVP. It really mess up everything usually giving DC to one player.

Best way to win PVP: use a modded given character. IF enemy don't have it, then he will get crashed on loading screen, and you win before the battle begins.

While I appreciate your tips, I said above I don't play PvP, only PvE. I use way too many mods in my current character, and I always keep a vanilla build just in case.

I meant the last part as sarcasm, but sadly it works. Just out of curiosity i tested with a friend. Wanted to know what happens if i use a complitely new character, that he doesn't have. It turned out, that the host wins in an instant in that case.

That generally turns out in a ban unless said character is one of the "hidden" characters: Supreme Kai of Time, Elder Kai, Dende, Super Kami Guru Guru, Bulma, Demigra, Final Form Mira or Corrupted Zamasu.

You can't get banned from Xenoverse at all, only an online restriction if you have more attributes than the allowed max, and you can remove that restriction if you restore the attributes to normal
