thats right that PQ 92, drop it, and is pretty easy, i got 2 of the pieces in the first try,
i recomend you use a strong ki ultimate, like kamehameha kaioken x4 to fight against baby ozaru.

How does one unlock this PQ92?

If GT quests are not unlocked for you, see if finishing the Great Saiyaman stuff at Hercule's house unlocks them. if you did that already and also finished story mode, just keep doing PQs until it unlocks.

Have not done any of the hercules house stuff. Better get to work then.
