Instant Transmission
I can't seem to figure this skill out. I've futzed with it in Training and I still have no idea what to do to make it work. The same goes for Kai Kai and other variations of the techniques.
I activate the skill. I vanish. Aaand, I reappear right where I was. Whether it works or not seems to be random. Like, I was just doing a Guru quest. I was in away from Nail, whilst he was fighting NPC's. I used Kai Kai. It took four tries for me to end up next to Nail.
What am I doing wrong? How do these Skills work? Is this a bug?

You just need to target and it'll teleport you.

There's a maximum range: beyond that range it will act as a simple vanish. Closer? Randomly bugged.

Guessing that depends from framerate because sometimes in Expert missions my SSJ Evil Explosion doesnt teleport.

It didnt used to have a maximum range. And thats kind of moot point anyway even if it did, because I can stand just a few fet from my target for both Kai Kai and Instant Transmission and not go anywhere. Multiple attempts and at the odd 5th or 6th attempt I actually move to my target.

These skills are indeed not worrking correctly. Change the Future exhibits similar effects at times but is a bit more consistant.

The PC version of this game as a whole seems to be a buggy mess. I'm experiencing this issue too, and the skills kai Kai and Instant Transmission just decide when they want to work. Horrible, horrible bug.

oh really PC version is a buggy mess? did you even played yourself PS4 version? PS4 version have same issues, there few more issues that are on PC but they are few and very small, people should stop thinking that PS4 version is perfect. coz trust me its not xD
