Bandai Namco will be releasing update patch 1.03 for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 really soon. It’s coming first for PS4 and Xbox One and later on PC.

Bandai Namco announced on the official website that update patch 1.03 for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is being released on PS4 and Xbox One on November 18th. It will be out for Steam users at a later date with other fixes. Full patch notes are below.

Fixed issue where a particular challenge quest could not be completed depending on the combination of the avatar race or build
Fixed issue where player data is not successfully carried over
Fixed issue where an error occurs when asking Shenron for a wish
Minor bug fixes
Battle balance adjustments

List of balanced skills:

Justice Combination - People can z vanish out of it and punish it.
Neo Wolf Fang Fist - Lot less damage on the continuing combo.
Feint Shot - Didn't see anything about this one in the vid. I suppose it has fixed tracking now?
Dragon Fist - Last hit now connects regardless of stamina. People can z vanish out of it though.
Saiyan Spirit - Same as dragon Fist
x20 Kaioken Kamehameha - Same as dragon Fist
Dust Attack - People can now z-vanish out of the stagger.
Solar Flare - Same as Dust attack
All Clear - No info on video
God of Destruction’s Anger - Less stagger and stamina recovers faster after break
Meteor Crash - Same as Neo wolf fang. So less damage on the ongoing combo.
Phantom Fist - Now depletes ki on cast
Prelude to Destruction - No info, but I suppose it's the same as GoDA
Final Blow - Now depletes 2 stamina bars when blocked.
Dodoria Headbutt - Same as GoDA
Super Dragon Fist - Better tracking
God Breaker - Uses ki on cast and is easier to be punished
Flash Bomber - No info in the video
Burning Spin - No info in the video
Reverse Mabakusenko - Uses ki on cast now
Go-Go Gum - People hit with it won't take damage while the skill is in effect


Since this is only the third update patch for the game, there will be more to come in the near future. As always, let Bandai Namco know about other bugs so that they can fix them later.

just ignore him, this is the same type of person that would read the patch notes and ask "so what the ♥♥♥♥ actually changed they gave no numbers!?" then jump right back to this vid.
