I do believe official word has been given that issues will be fixed on November 22nd, HOWEVER i am not 100% certain on if that date is accurate, or if it is actually official word. It does make sense though, I imagine due to the cost of updating the console versions they want to hold off on updating the game until they can fix numerous issues/release DLC, and for the sake of not alienating the console players they'll keep to releasing the updates simultaniously across all platforms.
Unfortunitly, you don't get this till after you beat the PQ after this one :P
So yeah. Against any enemies with the cheap vanish thing (which I suppose is the dev's response to having removed the perma super armor that XV1 enemies had), grab a ki charging move, maybe a ki charging soul, and a few hard hitting skills.
The problem for strike supers and ultimates is that if the enemy is not targeting you, whatever AI it targets will switch to free attack mode, and will kick him out of your attacks. At least if you use ki blasts, those have a much higher chance to hit.
