How to get Big Bang Kamehameha ? I mean the smaller version

These skills have amazing effect. I've got the X100 one after PQ100. But that is too slow that usually after these beautiful effect, no one is here.

So now I want the smaller version but I can't see any PQ dropping that. It is also not in the common skill shop.

I know sometimes the TP shop may have it, but is there any other ways where I can get it?

Ether transfer from XV1 character that has it or from TP shop because... I don't see you can get it from PQ's or Expert Missions ether.

And I think I got mine from TP shop.

It's on the TP medal shop. Use the clock trick (changing your own computer clock) to go to a weekend date from the past and check if it's there. For example, move your PC clock to each of the Saturdays in late October and November of this year. I think it's in one of those if I remember well.

Also I think instrutors are also bust as well.

Unless skill shop sells I doubt you get it normally in this game.

That is only thing I don't remember. Shop or TP shop.

One thing I am sure of if you finished story you prob already unlocked all Skills in shop and if there wasn't Big Bang Kamehameha then its still the above mentioned methods.

There's a mod called "Shopaholic" that'll make every item, including Raid rewards, purchaseable.
That's how I got mine because time-released content and broken forced-multiplayer quests is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
