DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2

DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2

Untrusted system file.
So, I decided to download and install some mods. I did that with the help of xv2ins.exe and downloaded a bunch of mods (179 mods) using "silent mode". After that I get a message saying all is good. I went to the common folder, then DB Xenoverse 2 and deleted EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll as instructed. After all that fuss, I went to the bin folder and started DBXV2.exe (normal mode) and didn't work, untrusted system file shows up. Went to start it with admin rights still the same.

If it helps, the game worked fine before installing the mods so yeah. If I somehow missed or broke something, feel free to yell at me as I was kinda in a rush to get them done.

did you disable both EAC dll's? you need to disable 64bit and 32 bit aswell
x64 and x86 respectively

I did try that only with a miserable fail as the game won't even want to start without the x86 file.

Did you do everything as described in a readme file? Specificly launch game from /bin/DBXV2.exe file

I did, as specified in the op. I'm literally about on the verge on installing a cracked version and play on that.

Do you have by chance any other EAC version installed on your system? I.e robocraft which installs eac into windows system folder.(not sure if they changed it in later versions of their game) Try uninstalling that one. Control panel -> uninstall programs, see if eac is there.

If EAC is disabled as instructed it should not show a splash screen on start and go straight to the game.

I just finished installing my Windows 10 ( perfectly working) and xenoverse 2 is the only game I have installed that uses easy anti cheat.

My only last recommendation is disabling EAC through other means, can't exactly specify how exactly to do that here, look for that information here: http://animegamemods.net/board/138/
I hope steam doesn't censor the link.

It only leads to board/138, that's it. I don't know if it is from Steam or whatever, what should I be looking for?
So it does censor the link well, there's a link to forum section on xenoverse mods website.

After playing around with the pirated version of the game (which, this is stupid, provides WAY more info than the actual STEAM game does), I've come to the next conclusions:

a. The patcher for the game, does NOT support the newest version of the game (probs 1.10), as I've downloaded the latest version of the game and the latest version of the patcher and I get a dialogue box telling me that the patcher does not support the version I've downloaded.

b. If it works for other people even now, then I am the stupid one, not my pc, tho I HAVE followed the readme files with PRECISION so I don't know anymore.

c. This experience made me lose interest in the game.

EDIT: No, Admiral, disabling EAC doesn't work at all as the game refuses to start without it.

Did you get v3.0 patcher? i can play just fine with it (1.11)

I went to the original post and everything, my PC even told me I've downloaded all the files same twice.

The latest patcher works perfectly fine with the latest version of the game, "xv2ins.exe" is not a patcher file.

You don't need to delete anything EAC related to play the game without EAC, Xenoverse 2 includes the binaries without EAC in "bin/DBXV2.exe".

You clearly did something wrong.
