I can't install the game please help

Okay so it's like this, I was playing the game like usual. There was a model I needed to re install with xv2ins, but it refused to open requiring me to update patcher. But once I updated the patcher i couldn't open the game until I updated it. I tried to update it and that's where the problem starts.
You see, when I tried to update it, it just went "downloading 0/0 bytes" did nothing for a bit then gave an error saying either "content servers unreachable" or "no download source" i've tried everything off steam support and various sources online. Issue is all those sources are from years ago since the last time anyone else had this problem was 2017!
It feels like i've tried everything, i've even tried using a different account, but nothing! At this point I feel desperate and hopeless and since I have 211 hours on the game there's no way I can get a re fund.
In trying to solve it i've re installed steam, coated download cache, changed downloads region numerous times, attempted re installing the game 3 times, verifying local files did nothing, nothing anyone has said so far has helped at all! So i'm making this post as a desperate plea, please someone help me I just want to buy the game I bought!

Have u tried deleting the entire xenoverse 2 folder by hand? There is gonna be mod files left over (steam wont detect them because they arent native to the game) bassicly get rid of these files and all should return to as it should be

xinput.dll is one of them if i remember correctly and there is a few more (optional custom EAC wont work either) And some settings in the patcher .ini file that can also be an issue
