How to use "The Last Emperor" ultimate skill?

the skill drain all of your kill when you use it, so the more ki you have the longer shoots beams.

I learned how to use this already. But didn't saw that it drains my ki. ._.

I think Roderick is confusing 'Last Emperor' with 'Emperor's Death Beam'.

Last Emperor is basically the blast half Frieza used against Goku.

In XV2, this ultimate doesn't actually use any ki but it can only be performed once you're at low health (when the HP bar blinks red, I believe).

Sadly that i have high chance to miss cuz of it's just beam like kameha ;-;

The damage isn't too bad, and the start-up is rather short.

Still, given the HP requirement and how you can only use it once, not exactly the best ultimate out there
