certain people/players use their keyboard but a large majority use controllers so... choose whatever makes you more comfortable?

keyboard fine just needs a few rekeybindings like i prefer 2 and 3 to be supers and ults.
4 to be items. and take stuff off caplocks and left alt always in all games.

movement with mouse and keyboard arent clunky at all. you move very smoothly it works well.

Ive never had any problems playing it, but im also a PC gamer...i got off consoles after the n64 lol.

I personally only find problem with the moronic amount of hackers on the game that boost their stats to max and add moves like time skip and ultra instinct to low level characters to troll people

Those types of people will never truly go away IMO. I can see that happening again in the future with XV3 whenever it gets announced / made etc...

if anything it will just get worse with time. more people just like to ruin other peoples day for their fun. 13 years ago pc gaming wasnt anywhere near as bad but slowly over the years ive seen it get worse and worse. a few games try to control it and generally they do well but there are still
a few people that can even figure out how to get past those ways.

Can you be a bit more specific? what do you mean boost their stats to max? Ive got 3 lv99 characters one i leveled by doing PQs and dragon ball wishes and the other two the games alternate level method through the NPC and dragon ball wishes. I have those characters with max stats in certain things. At 99 you get 375 skill points to use and can have a max stat of 125 if you have gurus prereqs complete, with 375 points you can have a max of 3 attributes at 125. I have mine put in KI, KI blasts, and super strikes. My other 2 characters, are built strictly for melee and the other is strictly for KI while my main has a mix between the two as i pointed out. Do you mean like getting all their stats to 125? or doing that stupid im gonna make OP QQ bangs that seem to be a youtube users fav? Ive seen videos of people making claims on how to get the best QQ bangs in the game but you watch the video thinking its an actual legit guide but they somehow take the crap items in the game and somehow make +5 to everything QQ bangs, which is complete bs.

Also you can get something similar to UI auto dodge in the game as a legit skill called Data input, and getting the time skip abilities are taught by hit as a mentor, those two things arent cheats by any means they are legit abilities, and you can get data input by doing the final EM. Its hard as hell though, as i just beat that one myself a few days ago. Its really not that great as some people might make it seem, i believe it actually has a low proc rate then Gokus UI dodges does. I do know one of the biggest/popular cheats is something that nulls most damage, not all but its def apparent as i encountered someone using it yesterday. I hit them with everything and even unguarded and nothing like the aura repel evasive was used, they took it head on and it didnt do crap i even retried a few times to see if it was really that and got the same thing. So i feel you there in terms of annoyance, it took me a lot longer then it should have specially since im 99 and they were lv40 and could take my KI attacks like it was from a lv1. Ill admit i got annoyed and just logged off the game after that.

He's talking about players that manipulate their save files to get CAC's with 5 health bars and max stats everywhere including movement speed. That exploit exists, but anyone using it takes double damage and I've never seen it help anyone.

People are buying edited save files with raid exclusive stuff bound to the cac's and stuff on PS4 which gives them a raid boss version of Ultra Instinct Dodge mechanics:

Ahh ok yeah i see can that. Like i said i looked up to see what cheats people are using because i like to know what to look out for and to avoid those players when i see it, i did the same thing in WoW and other games ive PVP'ed with thats mainly why i stopped doing PVP. I got sick of it in WoW when id be attacking someone have them stop and wave goodbye to me and then get dropped from the game and not be able to log back in until the BG was completely over leaving me with the "abandoned BG" debuff that prevents you from doing BGs for awhile.

I however thought he meant the legit data input skill. According to bandi console players seem to be the worst at cheats they even put out a statement saying they would start cracking down on that stuff and ban people, looks like they havent done as well as they claimed.

Super armor that drains stamina, reduces boost dash speed, auto-pblock that gives infinite stamina, UI autododge... it's actually in the game. Player base is smaller, and most modders here are too focused on game alterations that can't be used online anyway so your odds running into the in-game versions is kinda low, at least for now. PS4's dealt with that since February, i havent seen any of the PC pvp cheaters using them yet so you're kinda safe.
