Perfect QQ Bang and save editors.

Are save editors usable like in Xenoverse 1? and is the perfect QQ Bang still obtainable? (+5 all qq bang i see people around, in tournaments and ranking that are using that) Thank you.

QQ bangs cannot be used in tournaments, they are disabled, Ranked Matches have been severely hacked, if you see anyone using a +5 QQ Bang then yea they are cheaters and probably suck at pvp.

There's no such thing as a Perfect QQ-Bang. If you see a Perfect QQ-bang with +5 to everything, then the person who has it is a modder.

QQ bangs at best will give you -5 to three stats, and +5 to three stats. Or if you get lucky with clothing and RNG, you'll sometimes get a QQ-bang with -5 to 2 stats and -3 to 1. and plus 5 to three stats.

This save editor is the most up to date and probably better than the one for XV1, you can edit any QQ bang in with it, -5 all or +5 all, but don't go around using it in pvp match with randoms.

An all +5 QQ bang cannot be obtained by legit means. If you see one of those on a person... well, people already answered that.
What IS possible however is a +15 -9 QQ Bang, or in other words: 3 stats +5, one not affected at all, one -4 and one -5. There's a guide for that on Steam if you're interested in obtaining those the legit way.
