Will my pc run Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2?

This game is not too well optimized so you may get rather low FPS (20 or less) even at lowest settings. And playing XV1 is not even a measure to this, since even XV1 is much lighter than XV2 in terms of what it demands.

Problem is XV2 demands MUCH more resources than XV1. See, XV1 was made for the old consoles, PS3 and X360. XV2 was made for newer consoles so they tossed many more assets to draw on screen at the same time, even if the games look similar. Now, I'm not sure about the claim that it won't open at all, but even if it does, the experience won't be too pleasant.

Sorry for the late answer, the thing is that the game requires shader model 5.0 or higher, my brother had a GT 220 and he got a popup window with that message, the only solution is to change the graphic card to a decent one.
