Rather strange issue
My character who was always bald suddenly has hair underneath every hat post this new update?

Hats have their own custom hair models that overwrite whatever hair style your CaC has. It's been that way since launch day.

yeah i get that but for some reason a bunch of the hats suddenly have new custom hair models, my main one is chiaotzu's hat and I have screenshots from before this patch that dont have the random bit of hair down the back of the head
