This costume/preset will be sold as a gift in the TP Medal shop, so you probably wanna keep 500-777 TP medals to spare, depending. And as was discussed in earlier scans, it looks like Towa's moves are improved EXCLUSIVELY on this outfit.

so we just need to buy it once right? there wont be any gear off it just once for the skin for battle.

That’s really awesome that they’re giving a costume to a non-partner cast character. Fingers crossed they’ll eventually give us a mecha-Frieza skin for final form Frieza.
